Accepted File Types:
- Adobe Illustrator CS2 and below
(.ai or .eps formats, fonts
should be included with file
or text and should be converted
to outlines after thorough
spell and grammar checks also
flattened .eps formats from
raster to Illustrator are not
acceptable).
- Adobe Photoshop
CS2 and below (.tiff, .psd,
or .jpg format, please do not
flatten .psd’s)
- Images can
also be uploaded in .gif format.
Digital Prints:
- Image files must be provided
as a RGB file.
- Either a paper print of
the ordered file or an
emailed .jpg or .pdf MUST
be included to ensure the
artwork has been received
in full.
- 300 dpi @ output
size for close-p viewing,
75-100 dpi @ actual output
size (for best results,
provide highest resolution
original versions of linked
raster images).
Type Copy & Line Art:
- Type, logos and illustrations
should be provided
in one of the VECTOR
BASED formats listed
above, NOT as a bitmapped
art or any raster image
format.
- To avoid missing
or mismatched fonts
for the text in Illustrator
you MUST convert to
outlines/path (double
check spelling before
sending); or include
fonts with the files
sent to ensure they
will be correct.
Other File Uploads:
- If other files information
needs to be uploaded,
they can also be in
.pdf format.
- If multiple
files, please zip them
before uploading.
